Ibis Perth – Having your conference in a hotel is extremely convenient for delegates who will be coming in from out of town – especially if your event will go on for multiple days. Ibis has all of the modern facilities you will need for productive meetings, as well as comfortable accommodation for your guests, all conveniently located near the Perth Underground Station.
Floreat A at Mercure Perth on Hay: This is a great mid-sized conference venue that is perfect for 100 guests to feel comfortable and engage together. The venue also offers all of the equipment you will need for a great meeting or event.
Hire Fees are flat fees you will pay up front for your event for use of the space. Catering and other amenities will be charged separately. . If you choose this type of hire, expect to pay $300-$1750 per session or $45-60 per hour with a minimum session of 3 to 4 hours. If you are looking to book your conference venue, you should have this finalised by at least 6 to 9 months before the event.
