Inner West is bounded by the Parramatta River in the north, the Cooks River in the south, the A3 road in the west and Sydney CBD in the east. The area offers an interesting architectural mix: besides modern apartment blocks, you can still see traces of the past in the Victorian stone houses, 20th-century Federation architecture and California-style bungalows.
