Featuring broad, wrap-around verandahs, the cottage welcomes you to its high ceilings, timber polished floorboards and exposed brick walls.
Hosting a generous five bedrooms and five bathrooms, Moraea Farm caters to the dynamic and unique needs of its guests, ensuring a sense of spaciousness and luxurious comfort from the moment they step foot onto the property.
During your stay, make use of the swimming pool, pizza oven and fire pit. You’ll also enjoy access to the full estate gardens, chicken coop and on-site restaurant.
Situated just a few kilometres from sister properties, Linnaeus Farm, Rubus and Maple Cottages, a 5 minute drive into the bustling heart of Berry or 8 minutes to the ocean and the glorious stretches of sand on Seven Mile Beach. Moraea Farm is part of a commercial farm estate and provides guests a glimpse into the everyday Berry lifestyle.

About linnaeus Collection
The Linnaeus Collection, in the historic, award winning village of Berry, is setting new standards in luxury, boutique holiday accommodation. It’s the first of its kind and can be described as a deconstructed hotel.
Each property in the collection will reflect the quality and thoughtfulness of the Linnaeus design aesthetic with its unique sense of space and connection to nature.
