The Station hire includes all the fundamentals to create a great vibe for your event:
- Fully air-conditioned
- Fully BYO (both food and drink)
- Art rails for gallery-style art events
- Use of studio plinths, vintage furniture, decor etc.
- Mood and coloured lighting upon negotiation
- Use of basic folding chairs and tables (3 tables, 30 + chairs) - perfect for sit-down events and workshops
**We have some tablecloths, centrepieces and other decor that you are welcome to utilise free of charge
- Separate toilet block
- Drink fridges (x2)
- Small PA system with AUX input and Bluetooth capability - perfect for microphones
*** Please note:
- We cannot cater for 18th and 21st birthday parties
- We do not have a kitchenette, so all food and drink must be brought in and taken out - grazing tables are a perfect example of what works best in the space
- All bump-in and bump-out need to take place within paid allocated booking time unless previously negotiated
- We do not allow glass in the space, drink cans only. If you are serving wine, please ensure you have a designated bar person serving in plastic cups
- All rubbish must be removed at the end of the booking and placed in bins outside
- Space needs to be fully vacated at 11 pm
- Vintage furniture in the space tends to rotate, please check in with us to see what is available at the time of your booking
- $90 cleaning fee charge for larger events
- The utmost respect and care must be taken when handling and using our vintage furniture and props. If you want to bring your own props we welcome that too :)

Overnight (bump in on the day at agreed upon time, with bump out the morning after) - $680 inc gst.

Host rules
We are in a residential area, so all bookings must be wrapped up and the building vacated by no later than 11 pm.
Please note, the outdoor car park area of the Station must not be occupied past 10 pm, attendees must be inside the venue and the roller doors closed after 10 pm.
Drinks are to be consumed inside only.
No glass permitted, only cans if BYO.
For all private events, alcohol is strictly BYO only, or the event organizer if supplying drinks must not charge guests a fee. This is non-negotiable.
The Station Brisbane does not have a kitchen nor the capability to store/heat large amounts of food, therefore catering will need to be organized.
Public Liability covers the Station Brisbane. However, you are responsible for all external materials brought into the space.
We charge a $90 cleaning fee for larger events + $200 bond/
No smoking inside the premises.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

About The Station
The Station is a unique and flexible creative space that caters to various events including art exhibitions, workshops, product launches, corporate events, etc.
The Station is also home to a photography studio with in-house photographers, a variety of backdrops and lighting equipment for hire. Full roll and half roll backdrops are available and charged at $30/m if used as a continuous backdrop (i.e. stood on/whole body).
There is a white enclosed wall with a bench seat perfect for product/portrait photography, a raw brick wall, a drop-down coloured roller and a large white wall outside that gets bright sun most hours of the day.
