Teach, meet, or shoot! A versatile space for group presentations, meetings or to shoot video, or photograph models or products conveniently located just north of Brisbane and south of the Sunshine Coast with plenty of off-street parking. Created to ensure your comfort and ease.
Lighting on ceiling rails expands the usable floor space, as do the wide, long 3x5m backdrops. You have the freedom to change and move things around. The reverse cycle aircon is quiet. Reliable, hard-wired internet for laptops and monitors, including huge 65" QLED TV on wheels!
The space includes a kitchen. Light refreshments can be provided or bring your own. Full, private bathroom. You'll also have access to the lounge/waiting area, outdoor space, and gardens.
Hourly, full, or half-day bookings are available. Evening bookings will be considered, please ask about availability.

- $80 per hour (2-hour minimum)
- $250 for a half-day (morning or afternoon, up to 5 hours)
- $485 for a full day (up to 10 hours)

- $120 per hour (2-hour minimum)
- $385 for a half-day (morning or afternoon, up to 5 hours)
- $550 for a full day (up to 10 hours)
There is no cleaning fee, however, we ask that you leave the premises in the same clean and tidy state it was in on arrival and that any equipment used is put back in its place or left where it can be easily put away.
