The Warehouse boasts a generous loft-style layout featuring polished timber floors, an exposed sawtooth ceiling, and ample natural light. With a maximum capacity of 200 guests, this versatile hall is well-suited for corporate functions, weddings, and celebratory events.
There are full-length mirrors, PA system, and air conditioning on offer. Additionally, the Warehouse includes a private bar that can be repositioned to accommodate the event's desired layout. Restrooms are conveniently located on the same level. Overall, the Warehouse is an excellent choice for hosting a wide variety of events due to its flexibility and impressive versatility.

- $150/hr weekends
For Events:
A Venue Manager must be present for the duration of the event, Including Load in / out. @ $45/hr +GST (min 2hrs).
For workshops & seminars a Venue Manager is only required for Load in (min 2hrs).
A Cleaning Fee is charged for all events where food or drinks are consumed @$220 +GST (Warehouse or Ground Floor)
BAR SERVICE :
Bar staff may be booked for the times you require service (Min 2hrs). EC is a licensed venue, BYO drinks are not permitted.

We provide customised quotes that are tailored to fit your specific budget, and our venue enables you to set up and pack down at your own pace, allowing you to relax and enjoy your event while everything is in its rightful place.
