About this space
Our studio features a spacious 7.5m wide x 4.5m deep cycwall with 3.5m high ceilings, ideal for any shoot. Utilize our extensive range of strobe and continuous lighting, ceiling-mounted RGB LED lights controllable via app, and a variety of light modifiers including octoboxes, softboxes, umbrellas, beauty dishes, and reflectors.
Our amenities include a hair and makeup station with a ring light and LED mirror, a rolling tool drawer station, a rolling 32-inch tether screen, and all necessary wires. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of on-site toilet and bathroom facilities (with a shower), a comfortable lounge area, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with freshly ground coffee and tea.

• Hourly Rate (Minimum 2 Hours) - $90/hr +gst

Host rules
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio or building.
No Alcohol: Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the studio and surrounding areas.
Outside Catering Allowed: You are welcome to bring outside catering for your shoot or event.
Studio Access: Studio access is limited to your booked hours. Additional time will be charged at the hourly rate.
Cleaning: Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is not left tidy.
Noise Levels: Keep noise to a reasonable level to respect others in the building.
Equipment Use: All studio equipment and props are available for your use. Any damage to equipment will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
Set Modifications: Any modifications to the studio setup (e.g., moving large props or altering the space) must be approved by H86 Studios staff in advance.
Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval but must be supervised at all times.
Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Damage Reporting: Any damage to the studio or its equipment must be reported immediately.
Fire Safety: Familiarize yourself with the fire exits and safety equipment.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
