Rhythm HIIT North Lakes – Venue Hire Rules
To ensure the safety of all guests and the upkeep of our facility, the following rules apply when hiring our gym space:

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Hire time includes setup and pack down. Additional charges apply if your event runs over the booked time.

Access & Supervision

The space is available for private hire only. No general public access during your booking.

A responsible person (18+) must be present and supervising the group at all times.

Access is limited to the agreed hire period.

Use of Equipment

All equipment must be used safely and as intended.

Any damage caused to equipment or the facility during hire will be charged to the hirer.

External equipment may only be brought in with prior approval.

Cleaning & Pack Down

The space must be left clean and tidy. All equipment returned to its original place.

Rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left untidy.

Safety & Responsibility

All participants must be made aware that they enter and use the space at their own risk.

Rhythm HIIT North Lakes accepts no responsibility for injuries, loss, or damage during the hire.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure all attendees follow safe practices.

Noise & Respect for Neighbours

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially outside the premises.

No amplified music or shouting outside the building.

Strictly No Smoking, Alcohol, or Illegal Substances

Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted inside the gym or on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will forfeit the hire fee.

By booking the venue, you agree to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of future bookings.
