Opening directly to the main bar, ‘100 Lygon' suits parties all year round. The bi-fold windows open directly to the street and capture the afternoon sun, while the open wood fireplace provides that intimate and cosy winter vibe.
Furniture can be arranged to suit your needs, from a long-table dining experience to lounge seats, or a standing cocktail party. We have also held wedding ceremonies in this room, which can then be reset for your dining requirements.

A neighbourhood bar and restaurant, Maggie’s beverage and food offering centres on a seasonal menu, showcasing some of the best kiwi booze and food New Zealand has to offer. Our kitchen will be presenting local, seasonal ingredients in a joyful and unexpected way, with plenty of nostalgic kiwi items from Executive Chef Scott Blomfield's childhood back in Aotearoa. Come for the food, stay for the cocktails.
Our rejuvenated Victorian-era building is fully accessible, offering a shady courtyard, a luxurious cocktail parlour, and an Australian reclaimed timber bar. Original details have been lovingly restored including a pressed metal ceiling and natural wood fireplace.
Each space can be hired out individually for parties with an intimate vibe, or combine the courtyard and cocktail parlour to create a more relaxed experience and capitalise on that summer sun.
