Our 40 sqm dance studio is perfect for workshops, rehearsals, yoga, and fitness classes. It features full-length mirrors, a speaker with AUX and Bluetooth, spotlights, and two multicoloured light bars.
The space includes air conditioning, all-gender toilets, and free onsite parking. You’ll also have access to 2 fold-out tables and 26 fold-out chairs at no extra cost.

- No smoking allowed in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Confirmed bookings fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable
- Booking time must include bump-in and bump-out time; all items brought into the space must be removed within the allocated booking time. Other bookings may be directly before/after yours, so please be mindful of starting/finishing on time
- OVERTIME will be billed in half-hour increments
- Basic cleaning is included in the hourly hire rate; however, we kindly ask that you leave the space in the condition that you found it
- You will be charged for any DAMAGES to the space or equipment we have provided
- Ascendant DC Studios is not responsible for loss/damage of personal property or belongings

Large dance studio space located in Clayton South, spanning 180sqm. Perfect for dance workshops, rehearsals, Zumba/fitness classes, functions, birthday parties, social events, and brand launches.
Features include: full-length mirrors, a speaker with AUX cord/Bluetooth connectivity, spotlights, two all-gender toilets, a very high ceiling, a roller door entrance for wide/high access, free onsite parking, and the use of fold-out tables (2) and chairs (15) at no extra charge. An industrial fan is also provided.
