Upon entry, the central dining space for 60 people combines bar, table and bench seating along an open kitchen.
Burgundy marble, wainscot panelling and timber-clad walls create a sense of comfort and nostalgia, interrupted by the rough tactility of the old building and the addition of recycled timber ceiling beams.
