Guests under 18 are not allowed

Host rules

Rooftop/Penthouse – will be provided as an event space - no cleaning or accommodation is included in the price (Negotiable at the time of booking)
Payment Terms – Pre-payment of the total event is required 48 hours prior to the event either via bank transfer or credit card.
A security deposit of $500 is required to be held for any damages or extra cleaning required.
Cleaning – the hotel will ensure the event space is provided in a clean well-presented manner, however the hotel will not provide staff to do any general cleaning of the event space before, during or after the event.
Any excessive cleaning that may be required post the event, will be charged at an additional rate of $150 per hour.
Marketing & Advertising –
No marketing or advertising is to indicate that the event is managed or offered by the hotel or associated brands
Approvals for any proposed marketing that may be in common areas of the hotel or depict the hotel or hotel team, will need to be sought prior to the event and at the mutual discretion of both parties.
Damage – any damage caused during the event by yourself, your team or your clients will be taken from the security bond and/or charged back to your company
