- Confirm the venue is completely vacated by the specified time.
- Verify that all security arrangements are in place and the venue is properly secured after use.
- Bookings submitted by midday Wednesday will be processed as tentative bookings by the following Thursday. These will then be reviewed by the Bookings Authorisation Team for final approval.
- College events take priority for Theatre bookings.
