- Cutlery / Plates / Glasses are all available on the premises, however we encourage all guests to bring their own consumables.
2) Smoking is allowed on The Rooftop.
3) No outdoor music post 10PM. (extended bookings times are negotiable)
4) Be respectful of neighbours when leaving the premises.

Completely BYO, with amenities including but not limited to; full working kitchen and all standard appliances, and 3 bathrooms, one including a shower (please BYO towels).
Blank canvas space, high tables and stools supplied, lift access available if additional furniture is required.
