The studio must be vacated by the agreed time unless extended with prior approval, which may involve additional fees. No nails, screws, or adhesives are permitted on walls or surfaces without prior consent.
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Liverpool Lane Studios.
Food and Beverage Restrictions: No external food or beverages are allowed without prior approval. Liverpool Lane Studios may remove intoxicated guests.
Clean-Up Requirements: All rubbish and materials must be cleared after use, with additional charges applied for excess rubbish or uncleaned spaces.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Draper Studio: An acoustically treated green screen studio with suspended lights, tech desk, makeup room, sound system, air conditioning, and business-grade internet – perfect for film, media projects, and live events. Our experienced tech team is also available to support you from setup to production.
Dream Studio: A large open studio with natural light and city views, ideal for rehearsals, performances, and team collaborations in a supportive environment.
Additional Facilities: Multi-purpose areas, office/boardroom, kitchen facilities, and two car spaces.
Located amid vibrant nightlife, cafes, and restaurants, Liverpool Lane Studios is easily accessible by buses, trains, and ferries, making it the perfect spot for creative projects or weekly team meetings.
