The studio must be vacated by the agreed time unless extended with prior approval, which may involve additional fees. No nails, screws, or adhesives are permitted on walls or surfaces without prior consent.
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Liverpool Lane Studios.
Food and Beverage Restrictions: No external food or beverages are allowed without prior approval. Liverpool Lane Studios may remove intoxicated guests.
Clean-Up Requirements: All rubbish and materials must be cleared after use, with additional charges applied for excess rubbish or uncleaned spaces.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
