Host rules

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three days before the event date. If the deposit is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release the tentative booking.

Please provide the guaranteed minimum number of guests and all final event details at least three days before the booking date.

In line with NSW state government RSA laws, The Cliff Dive reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individuals from the function or venue at its absolute discretion. Management also retains the right to close the bar if deemed necessary for safety or compliance reasons.

We will take reasonable care to protect your belongings, but cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of items during or after your booking. You are financially liable for any loss or damage caused to the venue, our property, or hired equipment by your guests, either during the event or when entering or leaving the premises.

The client must conduct the function in an orderly manner, adhering to The Cliff Dive’s rules and all applicable laws. The client is responsible for the behaviour of their guests and invitees and agrees to indemnify the venue for any costs, expenses, damages, or losses caused by any actions or omissions of the client or their guests. No outside food or beverages are allowed unless prior permission has been granted.
