Aces Bar @ Brunswick Aces, has a simple mission, to make everyone feel welcome in every social situation, by providing the best-curated menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products at great prices. Whether you're moderating or abstaining from alcohol, our menu allows you to choose from a curated range of beers, wines and cocktails available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
It all started in 2017, when a group of neighbours got together each weekend to enjoy homemade food and alcohol, then following a pregnancy and a triathlon, we were faced with the challenge of what drink we could share. We used our collective skillset, including engineering and science, to develop our process of making non-alcoholic gin (sapiir). The Brunswick Aces brand was born and our journey as Australia's first non-alcoholic spirit brand began. Today, you can enjoy Sapiir and our alcoholic gins at Ginny's Lounge.
