All guests are subject to the entry conditions including dress code, responsible service of alcohol and behaviour.

Summa House will take all care with your property however we do not take any responsibility for your belongings.

The event organiser is financially responsible for any damage done to the venue as a result of your function or guests. This includes damage from decorations and damage to equipment.

You are welcome to supply decorations for your space. Please confirm with management before attaching to any fixtures.

All equipment provided by the event coordinator must have permission from management. We take no responsibility for damages to your equipment or decorations.

Please note we do not permit outside DJs or bands for private functions.
