Bloodhound Corner Bar is one of the hidden gems of Fortitude Valley that perfectly blends the two worlds of craft beer and cocktails.
For beer lovers, we have a wide range of canned beers and a continuously rotating tap list so that there is always something new to try fresh off the tap!
For cocktails, you can select from the wide range of cocktails on the menu or choose from a rotating specials board that changes from month to month. If you still can't find a cocktail that you think suits you, you can either make a request or have a quick chat with the bartender to figure out what will tickle your fancy.
A wide range of spirits is kept on the back bar, with whiskeys, gins, tequilas, vodkas, and rums. A large range of liqueurs and syrups means that our bartenders can have a lot of fun with their concoctions!
A basic selection of red and white wines is available. Along with this is a range of soft drinks, juices, and a recently added mocktail menu.
The building in which this fine bar calls home was built in 1882, officially opening as Bloodhound Bar in May 2015. Throughout its history, the building has been a Tibetan kitchen, a boarding home, and a grocery store. If the walls could talk, they'd have a lot to say.
