LIGHTS
Downstairs: located on the green wall.
Upstairs: located on the left side wall at the top of the stairs where the cable machine is.
Bathrooms: located at bathroom doors and the men’s have an extra switch at the sink.
Please ensure these are off when leaving (except the stairway light which turns off automatically)

AIR CONDITIONING
You are welcome to use the air con which is located around to the left at the bathroom doors. Press the ON switch once and you will hear the A/C start. Please remember to switch if off when leaving. Additional charges may apply if left ON overnight.

AUDIO SYSTEM
Our speakers either have an AUX jack connection or can be connected via Bluetooth (SOUNDBOKS speaker). A connector and adapter will be left out for you on arrival. If switching on the Bluetooth speaker on the right-hand side, please ensure it is turned off when leaving.

EQUIPMENT FOR USE
Please ensure equipment is put away when leaving, or at least made to look tidy for the next person coming in.

RUBBISH
Specific rubbish bins for recycling and landfill are provided, please ensure rubbish is disposed of correctly. All rubbish on floors and shelves must be disposed of before leaving, it should look clean and ready for the next person to use! Cleaning fees may apply if excessive rubbish is left and the floor is not clean and tidy.

WHEN LEAVING
Please leave the space as it was when you arrived including lights, air conditioning, rubbish and any equipment like chairs and tables.

Our studio is perfect for any small to medium-sized dance events, martial arts, fitness classes, group therapy sessions and can also be used for individual or small group personal training and exercise classes.

The space layout is in a "U" shape with one side as a permanent dance studio with natural lighting and a beautiful mural on the back wall across from the mirrors. The other half of the studio includes specialised gym equipment and some free weights and exercise balls with a squat rack and bar.

All of our hirers also get some support through our social media and can have the teachers join our ongoing education workshops in health, fitness and rehab. In addition to running Exercise physiology and Physiotherapy services, our space is a hybrid venue that has a number of different events and classes scheduled daily so bookings in advance are key!
