Mimosa house is a substantial 2 storey home with multiple places to shoot. The open plan layout flows seamlessly out to the beautifully landscaped gardens and pool area with cabana, outdoor shower and feature fire pit area.
Our kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with modern appliances, offering a convenient and functional cooking space. It features a dining table that can comfortably seat eight people, perfect for enjoying meals together.
Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a cozy family area complete with a feature gas fireplace, providing warmth and ambiance. The air-conditioning system ensures a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year. Additionally, there is a lounge area with seating for eight, allowing for relaxation and socializing.
The kitchen boasts beautiful stone benchtops, adding a touch of elegance to the space. It is designed with both style and functionality in mind.
For convenience, there are two toilets and a bathroom available, along with an ensuite that features a freestanding bath and a large shower. These facilities cater to the needs of both residents and guests.
Furthermore, our property includes a laundry and study area, offering additional functionality for those who require these amenities. If necessary, extra spare rooms can be made available upon request, providing flexibility for accommodating larger groups or specific preferences.

No adult material to be produced onsite, with no only fans or similar websites to be granted use of the images.
Please be transparent with the intended use as this is a family home.
Hours can be flexible with required notice.
The owner reserves the right to be onsite at all times and will work from within the property at his/her discretion.
Ideally no fake tan/bronzer to be used on site, OR if it does need to be applied, consideration for the area is made and the space is left in a clean and tidy manner.
No smoking please.
Please be advised here is a mature pet toy poodle on site who will remain onsite unless otherwise requested by ourself and agreed to by the host.

Other features include a large master bedroom and luxe ensuite with freestanding bath, blackbutt timber stairs, feature fireplace, Mini Putt golf and kids ninja course.
Our home is suitable for a number of indoor or outdoor shoots, and the selections can be adapted to suit many different styles. A perfect space for your creative needs.
Please note: We do have security cameras installed to ensure the safety of our home.
