The food is fresh, the drinks are cool, the sport is on and the staff are friendly. Best of all, follow our signature craft brew’s journey from creation to tap to fully enjoy the whole story in every sip.
Conveniently located on the lower ground level, The Brownstone Micro Brewery is accessible from the elevators in the hotel lobby or via the exterior stairs just outside our front door.

Alternatively, you can opt to open up a bar tab including a selection of our award-winning boutique beers plus Atura’s house sparkling, white and red wines. Cocktails & spirits can be purchased by the guests or a selection can be included.
Beverages on consumption are to be pre-paid and can be increased on the night. Pre-paid balances will not be refundable if not used on the night of your event.

About Brownstone Micro Brewery
Relaxed and comfy, Brownstone Micro Brewery Melbourne is exactly the kind of local you need around the corner from your home. Modern and unpretentious, with loads of seating inside and out. A private courtyard for lazy lounging and a cracking food & bar menu with a healthy measure of craft beer.
It’s the only place you can try our signature brews crafted on site under the watchful eye of master brewer Steve ‘Hendo’ Henderson and Kristian Domagala. The bar’s a great place for multi-taskers too – as you ponder the meaning of life or catch up with your mates over something tasty from the taps or the kitchen.
