Tons of space, was easy to add any extras like our DJ. Meals were some of the best I have ever had and I could customise the room for literally every aspect we needed such as a microphone for the MC, spare tables for prizes + DJ and we were even able to hang up a photo background over the mirror.
Not an issue for our event but depending on how you set up the room you would likely need a lot of people and decorations to not have a ton of empty space. We got a ton of balloons in order to fill the venue so it would be hard to run small functions.

At The Pavilion we believe that the key to a successful event is flexibility and experience. Our dedicated and highly skilled event team can help you with any sized and budget event; from décor and food to beverages and entertainment.
The function space is filled with natural light thanks to the floor to ceiling windows along the full length of the room and comes with a view of the city oval (home of the VFL Hawks.) Your guests can stretch their legs during breaks and even practice kicking goals.
