Ground floor boasts a versatile space with concrete floors, white wooden panel walls / ceiling, and a feature Besser brick wall. Large white aluminium glass stacker doors open out into the luscious garden, featuring a large canopy tree. Furniture includes white & oak effect trestles tables, Vic Ash wooden bench seats, floor rugs, and upholstered seat pads, all easily customised for your specific needs.

1st FLOOR
Upstairs features a peaked ceiling, sloping wall, large & ceiling windows. It's a bright, light filled space with a fully equipped kitchen.

Studio booking fees:
$675 = Half day minimum booking (up to 4 hours)
$850 = Full day (up to 8 hours)
* Additional hours must be requested in advance and charged at $150 p/hr. Payable on the day.
* Studio access provided 15 minutes prior to booking commencement
