Treacy Room at Treacy Centre
About this space
Named after the centre itself, the Treacy Room is the second-largest space in the centre.
Round tables can accommodate up to 40 people, while chairs set up theatre-style can fit up to 80 people.
Located on the ground floor, its large windows fill the room with natural light. Double doors open out to the property’s gardens, so you are welcome to open them up and let a breeze flow through the room during the function.
The spacious area of the space is fitted with a data projector and portable sound system. If you require additional equipment, speak with our friendly team to organize this for you. Catering is available upon request.
Prices
- Before and After Hour Staff Charges: a fee of $44 per staff member per hour will apply.
- Saturday Staff Charge per staff member: $22 per hour.
- Sunday Staff Charge per staff member: $28 per hour.
- Public Holidays per staff member: $33 per hour.

- Option 1 - Soup and two mains - $55 per person
- Option 2 - Two mains and two desserts - $61 per person
- Option 3 - Canapés and two mains - $66 per person
- Option 4 - Soup, two alternate mains, and two alternate desserts - $70 per person
- Option 5 - 4 Canapés, two mains, and two desserts - $72 per person
Buffet Style Menu:
- Option 1 - Soup and buffet - $50 per person
- Option 2 - Buffet and 2 desserts - $53 per person
- Option 3 - 4 Canapés and buffet - $55 per person
- Option 4 - Soup, buffet, and 2 desserts - $60 per person
- Option 5 - Canapés, buffet, and 2 desserts - $62 per person
Cocktail Party Menu:
- Your selection of 8 of the Canapés to be served for 2 hours throughout the event - from $36 per person
- A selection of high-quality beverages are available as part of your meal (other premium beer and wines are available on request)
- A Bar set-up fee of $55 applies to all functions requiring beverage service
- Additional charges apply when Bar staff are required outside of normal business hours (after 5.00 PM)

Host rules
- The Hirer must comply with the reasonable directions of Treacy Centre staff, Treacy Centre policies and procedures; posted emergency evacuation signage, and any laws.
- A deposit of approximately 40% of all items quoted for your event along with a signed copy of the terms and conditions is required to confirm all bookings.
- The Hirer will be liable for any damage to the Venue fittings and/or fixtures if caused by the hirer. Should damage result in loss of business the Hirer will be liable for all costs incurred by the Venue including repairing of damage and loss of revenue by the Venue.
- No open flame, except for reasonable candles or tea lights, shall be used in or on any part of the Venue including the grounds. No polytechnic devices of any kind are permitted.
- Pets are not permitted on or in the venue at any time. Assistance animals and Guide Dogs will be permitted.
- Treacy Centre is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in any building or grounds.
- Treacy Centre accepts no responsibility for any theft, loss or damage sustained to personal property whilst you, your guest or invitees are on the premises.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
