Strict conditions with 18th Birthdays including, but not limited to the following:
- Must be Alcohol Free Event unless 90% of guests are over 21 years old
- A minimum catering of Sit down dinner or carvery buffet is required with alcohol free events
- Additional security charges apply 1 guard per 50p at $250 each
- A guest list must be submitted 1 week prior to event
