Selective Studios is situated at 31/180 Fairbairn Rd, Sunshine West VIC 3020 in a split-level building on the ground floor. The studio building is located all the way back of the entryway, it's the two-story building on the right. We offer a perfect space for any kind of creative use, such as photo shoots, film recordings, and many more!
