50th Birthday Party · 32 guests
Everything was perfect. We had my 50th birthday party at the Orchard Room. Grazia Fuggiano was extremely professional in helping me organise the event. Alicia and all the staff were amazing. The Canape food was fresh and delicious, and all my guests were impressed by the quality of the food and service. It was impeccable. So, a big THANK YOU to all staff at the Mercure Hotel for contributing to a successful event where everybody had an amazing time!! Strongly recommend. Money very well spent!! 10/10

Kids Party · 80 guests
The Tower room was spacious, and the attached terrace was a bonus for organizing kid's activities, all our guests loved the space, and the food was really good. Parking was easy at the hotel basement, and the kitchen staff was helpful.
1. The fan in the terrace wasn't working and it was a 30 degrees day with kids' activities organized outside. After a few reminders from the hosts and follow up with the maintenance staff, an alternate small fan was provided but it almost took 2 hours to organize which was very disappointing and frustrating for kids and their parents. 2. The cake was not cut and served by the catering staff on time, some guests had to leave without eating the cake. We were told pretty late at the party that this wasn't in the order, so we had to pay extra on the day for this service. Paying extra is ok, but guests leaving without eating the cake was disappointing.
