Canopy will be served in this place, and there will be 11 tables and 16 bar seats.

Host rules
1. DEPOSIT
Fifty percent (50%) of the estimated cost of total, is due paid demandable at the time of booking, to be deducted from the Total Final Payment, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
2. FINAL PAYMENT
Final Payment will need to be paid on the day after the event finishes.
3. PRE-ORDER
Pre-order is necessary, at least Four days advance notice of the orders, Two days advance notice of changing the order items.
4. PAYMENT METHOD
All prices quoted are based on cash payment.
4.1 Payment by Credit Card will be subject to a service charge of one point five (1.5%) per the amount of transaction.
4.2 Cash payment will provide a formal invoice as well.
5. SERVICE CHARGE
There will be a five percent (5%) Service Charge for all event functions, unless otherwise specified.
At the CLIENT’s discretion, any extra gratuity will go directly to the service staff.
6. GUEST COUNT
Final Guest Count, not subject to reduction, is due two (2) days prior to the event date, (if banquet has been selected.)
7. CHILDREN
Children under the age of five (5) are free of charge, unless the CLIENT wishes to provide service/seating for them. Children six-twelve (6-12) years of age will be charged at half price on the agreed upon cost per person. (if the banquet has been selected.)
Kids Meal available for additional selection.
8. BEVERAGES
CATERER will provide beverage service or Bar Support as needed. BYO is Acceptable, corkage is $25 for Red, White Wines per bottle, $35 for all Spirits per bottle.
9. CHANGE OF EVENT DATE or VENUE
CATERER will apply the entire balance of CLIENT’s deposits and prepayment if a change happens on the day of the event.
