Meeting rooms must be booked in advance using our online booking system or through a member of staff.
Meetings can only be held during our regular business hours unless otherwise arranged with our team.
No more than the maximum capacity for the meeting room is allowed.
Please keep the meeting room clean and tidy, and remove all personal belongings and rubbish when leaving.
Food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up any spills or messes immediately and dispose of any waste appropriately.
Please ensure that any equipment or technology used during the meeting is returned to its original state after use.
Be respectful of other members and avoid disturbing them with excessive noise levels or music.
Smoking, vaping, or any other forms of tobacco use are strictly prohibited inside the meeting rooms.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in loss of access to our meeting rooms.
Any damage to the meeting room or its contents must be reported immediately to a member of staff.
