About this space
You'll have use of my lounge/dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen is available if you want to use it. An outdoor entertaining area & outdoor bathtub is coming late 2023/early 2024.
Most of the furniture in the lounge is light-weight and moveable, so you can play around with the layout so long as you return everything to its original position once you are done.
You will also have access to hair tools (a Halo curling wand and straightener) for touch ups, a garment steamer, reflectors, ring lights, glassware, vases, platters and boards. I have empty bottles of high-end champagne and whisky for you to use as props.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers are also available.
Prices
Commercial usage is allowed and there is no restriction on the type or nature of content you create so long as you take care of the space and ensure that it is clean and sanitary before you leave. I am a boudoir photographer so I have no reservations about nudity etc.
I will be on site working in the study and am available for hire as a shoot assistant at $50/h if you would like a second pair of professional eyes to perfect the details of your shoot, capture BTS footage and pics for your socials, or even coach you or your model through the shoot if you're/they're a beginner.
Wardrobe hire for sizes 12-20 is also an option with robes and accessories that can work with both smaller or larger bodies outside of that range.
These rates allow the space to be shared across up to two photoshoots/subjects/models over the day. For additional shoots (for say, a location day/collab with multiple clients) please note a $50 per additional shoot (capped at $200) and a max of 8 shoots total apply.

- Please note, this a residential apartment, so keep your crew small, and noise to a reasonable level. I suggest no more than 4-5 people in the space at one time.
