A semi-private venue designed for a comfortable experience. Where furnishing is customisable to each event type and requirement, and capacious to accommodate to larger groups if needed. Exclusive use of an entry room that doubles as a space for catering or board room, as well as private use of an entertainment space equipped with teleconferencing tech to enrich your event experience.
An open area that supports varying event types: from standing cocktail networking parties, to private workshops and team-building activities.
An on-site team that assists with your needs and accommodates for any on-the-day activities.
Amenities include:

- High-speed internet;
- Video teleconference;
- Flipchart & whiteboard (by request);
- Podium (by request);
- TV monitor (by request);
- Complimentary filtered water, coffee, and tea
We work with catering partners who can help with food, but BYO food and beverages are also welcome.
Prices
• setup and cleaning fee applies at a flat $150 per event
• full day rate = 9 am - 6 pm
• inclusive of complementary refreshments (coffee, tea, filtered water)
• inc. 15 minutes bump-in and bump-out time
Additional $100 per hour charge applies for booking before 9am and after 6pm
