About The George Ballroom
For over 100 years, the George Ballroom has served as the backdrop for Melbourne’s most memorable events. In 2015, the venue was lovingly restored to its original period charm by DAMM FINE FOOD Co., who still operate the venue today.
This unique venue is bathed in natural light and features hardwood floors, ornate high ceilings, and heritage distressed walls.
Centrally located in the George Building on Fitzroy Street, St Kilda, our venue can host up to 150 guests for a seated dining experience (complete with dance floor) or up to 200 guests for stand-up cocktail parties.
