About this space

Located atop the rear of the Preston Hotel, our rooftop venue features its own entrance via stairs and a lift for the elderly or infirm. It comprises both an outdoor area with a vertical garden, street art mural, and city views accommodating around 45 people with a mix of tables and lounge sets, as well as an indoor bar exuding an art deco vintage ambiance, catering to an additional 40 patrons, complete with a charming bar and separate bathrooms.

Sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the two spaces, complemented by exquisite artworks, heating, and fans. A retractable roof will soon be installed for the winter months, adding versatility to this stylish, high-end venue.

Equipped with a PA system and speakers indoors and outdoors, it can host bands, acoustic sets, speeches, and performances. Downstairs, the kitchen offers a tapas menu, with the option for event bookings to select from this menu or collaborate with the chef to design a bespoke culinary experience.

About Lulu Bar

The rooftop bar boasts indoor and outdoor spaces connected by sliding glass doors, offering spectacular city views and sunsets akin to a beach club outside and a vintage art deco bar inside. With offerings including cocktails, premium wines, and live music, complemented by DJs on the deck, it comfortably accommodates 80-90 patrons.

Separate bathrooms and a lift for the elderly or infirm ensure convenience. Ideal for birthday parties ranging from 20 to 120 guests, seating for 70-80 is available. The space is enhanced with street art, a vertical garden, heating, fans, and soon, a retractable roof for the outdoor area.
