The staff were friendly and welcoming, and on-hand if we needed assistance but otherwise unobtrusive. The board room we used was well-lit and the wifi and screen connection to laptop all worked well and gave us no issues. It was great to have the communal lounge space and kitchen to use as well. I had my remote team members flying in from all over Australia and this gave us a terrific space in which to work together in a comfortable and professional environment. Highly recommended.
The space was overly warm initially and not something immediately in control of our hosts, but they were able to get it rectified for us.
