Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of hazardous materials are strictly prohibited within the premises. Any activities that violate local laws or the college’s policies are not permitted.

Noise Levels:
Please keep noise to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other classes or activities in the building. Excessive noise may result in early termination of the rental without a refund.

Technology and Equipment Use:
Any technology or equipment provided by the college must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition. Renters should report any malfunctions or issues immediately.

Health and Safety:
All attendees must comply with health and safety regulations, including fire safety rules and emergency procedures. The maximum occupancy of each classroom must not be exceeded.

Security:
Renters must ensure that all doors are securely closed and locked upon leaving the premises. The college is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the rental period.

Compliance:
Renters must adhere to all college policies and guidelines. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of any fees paid.
