Our largest studio, Studio 1, offers a spacious 15m x 9m dance floor, providing ample room for choreography and movement. This studio is perfect for group practices, showcasing your talent, or hosting special events. The hourly rate for regular hire during trading hours for Studio 1 is $100. This studio is UNAVAILABLE during our class hours, and Saturdays 10:30am-1:00pm during the public school term.

Rules and regulations:
● Alcohol is not permitted without a valid liquor license presented to O2 Dance Studios in advance of the hire date.
● Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the venue.
● Only dry food, eg. nuts, muesli bars; plain water, and drinks sold at O2 Studios may be brought into studios 2 and 3. Clients are expected to clean spilled food or drink during their booking. Clients may ask supervising staff for cleaning items and assistance if necessary. Other food arrangements must be negotiated with O2 Studios in advance.
● Clients may not tamper or change the set up of O2 Studios speakers, air conditioning, or lights, without the prior permission of O2 Studios. Staff on site may assist clients in changing any of these conditions should the need arise.
● Clean up all rubbish after use. The studio must be returned to the state in which it was found.
Damage to equipment, furniture or studio:
● Renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or studio that Renter damages within 3 business days.
● Renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found, or a fee will be applied. ● O2 Studios holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to the Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury.
Liability:
● Renter agrees to get a signed Liability Release from all persons that will be on the premises prior to use of Studio.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
