About Scugnizzo Ristorante
Carmine was born and grew up in Naples Italy and then he moved to London to advance his career and experiences.
This is where he met his wife and they moved to Australia in 2006. His dream and passion have always been about food and opening Scugnizzo. His first restaurant was a culmination of hard work and immense passion.
