Studio Hire Bookings Terms:
- Ensure a first aid responder is on-site.
- Provide Arcana with a copy of public liability insurance via email before entry.
- Park all vehicles with your group in the back car park.
- Naked flame is not permitted on the premises without prior written agreement from management.
- Smoking is banned in all areas of Arcana, including car parks. 'No Smoking' requirements may also apply to public areas accessed by your guests.
- Do not store equipment in the building without organizing with Arcana Management.
- A charge of $50/hr will apply if the air conditioning is left on in any space until management switches it off.
- Ensure the premises are left clean and suitable at all times. A cleaning fee of $132 for the first hour and $66 for each subsequent hour will apply for required cleaning.
- Inspect all doors, windows, and lights if your group is the last on the premises.
Event & Theatre Booking Terms:
- Remove any decorations immediately after the event; otherwise, a disposal fee will apply.
- Confetti, pushpins, candles, votives, and tape are not allowed.
- Deposits and payments made before the event are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within six months.
- Payment of the deposit indicates agreement to event details and minimum spend.
- Cancellation of an event, or a no-show, may result in a charge of 100% of the previously agreed costs within the agreement, unless due to force majeure.
- Arcana may suggest additional security services and is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Security is required for all 18, 19, 20 & 21st birthday parties with over 70 people. Arcana charges $70/hr per security guard, and we work to a ratio of 1 guard to every 100 people.
