Nic's vision was to create an affordable and supportive space that helps budding entrepreneurs get their start without the high costs of leasing their own studios. After an extensive search, she found the perfect location at 580 Beaufort Street, and The General Collective opened its doors in February 2023.
Since its inception, The General Collective has grown into a thriving community hub. The venue currently partners with notable local businesses such as Pinot and Painting, The Table Alchemist, and Lauren Repton Creates, offering a diverse array of workshops and events.
