About this space
Plushtown is a warm and lively venue in Sydney’s northern beaches for hire with a great view, DJ booth, huge A/V setup, projection and lighting and catering for social events.
We do birthday parties, food and dining events, art events and DJ events with a 180 degree view 60 meters up the cliff overlooking Brookvale.

We don't usually supply crockery/cups/plates - you can bring them yourself, there's plenty of bench/table space to prep and serve from.
The $2200 hire includes all the lights, PA, projector, DJ gear etc... we have a spotify and apple music account available for you to stream (via your phone) to our in-house projector and PA system.
If you have any mates who are DJ's, we can easily plug in their gear too, and we'll have a concierge on hand for anything you need help with like lights, pa, etc etc.
There is a $500 safety deposit fee, which we refund after your event when we see there's no damage to premises or equipment, and no out-of-the-ordinary cleaning to do.

Plushtown has the sassy feel and urban view of a New York loft apartment. Kearon has indeed created THE perfect party venue on the Northern Beaches. My daughter's 18th Birthday party was simply phenomenal. The audio was pumping - the visual (lights and projector) set the mood. And to cap it off - Valeria's magnificent Paella! Thank you again Kearon for your warmth and hospitality. We will be coming back! Sean, Melissa, Lily and Alice!
