Stirling Rooms are located on the lobby level and are flexible in connecting meeting spaces. Opened up into one large area, the Stirling rooms are ideal for large meetings, conferences or banquets.

Subdivided into smaller spaces, Stirling Rooms are ideal for boardroom-style meetings.

Classic décor, high ceilings and contemporary lights make the room’s ambiance comfortable and spacious. Close proximity to the hotel lobby, facilities and onsite parking make the Stirling rooms an ideal location for business meetings and training programs or conferences.

Based on the current Phase 4 Government restrictions, we have a maximum capacity in Stirling rooms 1, 2 & 3 of 48 people.

Host rules

1. Noise Restrictions: Due to the neighbouring area and being an outdoor venue, we have noise restrictions in place. The latest time available for bookings is 9pm.

2. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Designated smoking areas are available.

3. Outside Catering: Outside catering is not allowed, except for cakes. Cakes must be pre-arranged with us in advance. A cakeage fee will apply.
