No smoking in or around the building under any circumstances.
No alcohol after 10.00 pm and premises must be vacated by midnight.
Parish use will override any bookings.
Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the hirer - a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies are provided. A cleaning bond may be required for some events.

The Minchin Centre is available for corporate and school hire. It is situated in a tranquil, semi rural location close to the Swan Valley in WA and the Swan Valley Adventure Centre
There is a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on site, plus toilets (including disabled and a change table), tables and chairs and ample parking.
