• Studio is to be left in the same state as it was upon arrival. Any damage or cleaning may incur extra costs.
• No pets (unless agreed prior with the owner).
• No smoking inside the building.
• Do not enter any rooms that have not been agreed to with the owner.
• The owner reserves the right to be at the premise for the entire duration of the booking.
• Do not park in the driveway. Parking is available at the car park directly opposite the house!
• The studio is also a home - we ask that you respect our home as you would yours.
• We're photographers and videographers by trade. We're here to lend a hand if you need help. Our gear (photo, video & audio equipment) is available to hire for additional rates.
