Barrett Lane is a venue that strikes the perfect balance between intimacy, functionality and class. Located in the picturesque Swan Valley with balcony views of undulating vineyards, Barrett Lane provides an atmosphere of privacy and exclusivity with three areas at your disposal; a fully equipped and air-conditioned function room, the sunken gardens area, and the iconic jasmine archway, surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens.

The function centre itself is steeped in the Valleys history of grape-growing and wine making, having been built using timber from a 70-year-old vintage grape drying rack. Aged timber, matched with colourful yet subtle decor, communicate the creative energy and personal touch that have given Barrett Lane the reputation it has today. Barrett Lane can comfortably accommodate up to 150 cocktail guests or 100 people seated with free parking available on-site. The venue is BYO drinks. The outside lawn area, adjacent to the function room, is the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony or evening drinks before dinner. The sunken lawn area can also accommodate up to 100 people in a seated dinner style wedding reception or corporate dinner event.

There are 3 main ceremony locations available on site; the Natural Arbour, a Jasmine covered archways that provides an amazing natural backdrop for your ceremony. The Jasmine plant flowers white in November each year however the archways are green year-round providing the perfect natural arbour any time of the year.

The second ceremony location is on the sunken garden lawn area in between two ornamental pear trees and a sculptured magnolia tree, overlooking the vineyard in the background.

The third beautiful spot for a ceremony is located on the large lawn area with the vineyard falling as a beautiful natural backdrop for photo opportunities. All three ceremony areas provide you with multiple opportunities and is available exclusively to you on your wedding day.
