Damage Policy
We take pride in maintaining a high-quality studio environment for all our clients. To ensure that our facilities remain in excellent condition, we require clients to treat the space and equipment with care. In the event of damage to the property or equipment during your rental period, the responsible party will be required to pay for repairs or replacement costs. We kindly ask you to report any incidents of damage immediately to allow us to address them promptly.

Waiver of Liability
By booking and using our studio, clients agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in any activities within the studio. Fresh Body Fit Mind Studios shall not be liable for any injuries or damages to any client, or the property of any client, or be subject to any claim, demand, injury, or damages whatsoever, including without limitation, those damages resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of Fresh Body Fit Mind Studios, its officers, agents, or employees.

Permitted Use
Our studio is designed for activities such as yoga, Pilates, fitness sessions, and content production. The use of the studio for parties, large gatherings, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Clients must ensure that the studio is used only for the purposes specified and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Conduct
All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while using the studio. Respect for the studio property, equipment, and any personnel on site is paramount. Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to a ban from future bookings.
