Its "J" shape design features a bright white wall measuring 3m x 5.6m x 4.6m - 4m in height, accompanied by two adjustable white lights with soft boxes. Equipped with various instruments for props, it's suitable for film clips, product shoots, photoshoots, band promos, and any other project you have in mind.

* Pets welcome, must be looked after by owner. Downstairs showroom area only.
* Outside catering, food, non alcoholic drinks are allowed.
* Food and drinks only to be in kitchen area or front of warehouse.
* No smoking in the building.
* No alcohol.
* Any damages to our venue/ equipment must be covered by customer.

Cyclorama: Featuring a bright white wall cyclorama, adjustable white lights, and various props for film, photo, or content projects.
Rehearsal Studio: Equipped with a sound-treated room, drum kit, PA system, digital mixer, amps, guitars, and microphones, arranged like a stage setup with adjustable lighting.
Recording Studio: A spacious area with lounge, Zaor recording desk, Mac Studio computer, monitors, and high-quality audio equipment including interfaces and amp switchers.
Additional amenities include ample parking, free WiFi, easy load-in/out access, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and flexible hours seven days a week.
