Equipped with a Zaor recording desk, Mac Studio computer, Samsung 43" M7 monitor, and a range of high-quality gear including a Furman M-10xE, Korg Pitchblack rack tuner, Antelope Audio Discrete 8 thunderbolt interface, and more, it ensures top-notch recording capabilities. Featuring 2 Yamaha HS8 monitors and 1 Yamaha HS8S subwoofer for pristine sound, the studio also provides access to STL Tones and GetGood Drums, catering to creative writing sessions, song development, and idea tracking needs.

* Outside catering, food, non alcoholic drinks are allowed.
* Food and drinks only to be in kitchen area or front of warehouse.
* No smoking in the building.

* Any damages to our venue/ equipment must be covered by customer.

Cyclorama: Featuring a bright white wall cyclorama, adjustable white lights, and various props for film, photo, or content projects.
Rehearsal Studio: Equipped with a sound-treated room, drum kit, PA system, digital mixer, amps, guitars, and microphones, arranged like a stage setup with adjustable lighting.
Recording Studio: A spacious area with lounge, Zaor recording desk, Mac Studio computer, monitors, and high-quality audio equipment including interfaces and amp switchers.
Additional amenities include ample parking, free WiFi, easy load-in/out access, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and flexible hours seven days a week.
