No smoking in the building.
No alcohol allowed in studio.
Do not wear shoes on cyclorama unless required for images.
Food/catering allowed in space.
On weekdays, enter directly into the building to access the elevators. Proceed to level 2, then make 2 left turns towards studio 202.
On weekends, buzz unit 202 and wait for the roller door to open. You then have 2 minutes to proceed to the elevator. Take the elevator to level 2, then make 2 left turns towards studio 202.

If you are running a little over time, no worries. There is a 15-min grace period. After this time you will be charged a rate of $80 per hour.

If you require lighting equipment or paper roll, these add-ons must be paid for prior to booking.
Please leave the studio as you found it. Please treat the space and our equipment with care, as if it was your own. All rubbish is to be put in bins provided. The studio and all equipment will be inspected for damage after every shoot. If the studio is left in a messy condition or anything is found to be damaged, the $100 bond will not be refunded.
While the studio is a self-enclosed space, please be mindful of the other offices and studios that share the floor. Please keep this in mind with noise volumes or if you are looking to film video footage within the space.

Modern studio & office space available for hire for photography, videography, hot desk, and office space.
This fully-equipped photo studio is 63m2 of open space filled with beautiful natural light. The studio has a stunning 4m x 4m white photography cyclorama, polished concrete floors, and is complete with a makeup/styling area, waiting area, four office desk spaces, small meeting pod, private kettle, coffee pod machine and fridge, and access to communal kitchen and bathrooms (can also be used as change room). Great onsite Cafe downstairs.
We are located at Suite 202, 15-87 Gladstone Street, South Melbourne. Access via the entrance next to the café “Jimmy the Saint”, then take the elevator to level 2.
Heaps of on-street parking is available and we’re also next to the light rail.
